A multi-stop night is really three reservations and two transfers: an aperitivo in Porto Rotondo, dinner near San Pantaleo, then the Costa Smeralda for the rest of the night. Distances in Gallura are short, but in August the road takes longer than the map says. We reserve each stop in writing and schedule the transfers so the sequence holds.
