Plans, renewal and service

Individual membership costs €100 and supports one person. Group membership costs €300 and extends assistance to a private group of up to four people; the account holder provides access and each authorised member may submit their own needs. Both plans last one year and renew automatically. Cancellation is possible at any time and stops the next renewal; no refund is made after purchase, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. After entitlement is active, the member chooses a direct call or the guided questionnaire. The concierge assists with requests, including sold-out events, last-minute transfers and tailored experiences, but every option remains subject to availability, supplier confirmation and any price shown before booking.

Booking fee and physical card

Only after availability and the service price are confirmed, Sardinia Society charges a booking fee equal to 10% of the confirmed service value, separate from the amount due to the supplier. The optional physical card costs €100 per person, includes international shipping and is dispatched within 20 working days. At each annual renewal the replacement card costs €80 per person, including international shipping. This is a 20% renewal discount from the initial card price.
