Data, purposes and your choices
We may process identity and contact details, language and currency preferences, membership status, travel needs, group composition, messages and booking history to secure accounts, provide the requested service, manage payments, prevent misuse and meet legal duties. Access is limited to authorised personnel and necessary providers; payment-card data is handled by the payment provider and should never be sent in chat. Data is retained only as needed for these purposes and mandatory records.
