What to coordinate
Luigi Vietti set the Costa Smeralda's original architectural language in the 1960s: whitewashed volumes, terracotta roofs, arches and juniper-wood detailing, massed irregularly so a villa reads like a small settlement rather than one building. Most of what people picture when they picture a 'Costa Smeralda villa' is this style.
We shortlist properties built in this style when it matches what you are picturing, and explain plainly where a listing only partly fits it.
