The agriturismo table
An agriturismo dinner follows its own format: a set sequence of courses built on what the farm raises and makes — cured meats, cheeses, fresh pasta, roast, seadas to finish. One seating, limited tables, honest quantities. It suits groups who want the inland kitchen without negotiating a menu. We match the farm to the evening and handle the practical side, including the unlit country roads.
