September changes the island's tables. The vendemmia moves through Gallura's granite vineyards, kitchens turn toward what the month brings in, and the coast grows quieter. We build days around it: a cellar visit during harvest weeks where the estate allows it, lunches that follow the season, shorter queues everywhere. Better arranged when the stay is booked than once you have landed.
